Who may be eligible
The class includes people who were inmates in Manitoba Provincial Custodial Facilities, and who were subjected to Segregation between September 12, 2006, and June 4th, 2026 as a Youth; or between September 12, 2012, and June 4th, 2026 for at least 15 consecutive days, or while suffering from a Serious Mental Illness. You are not eligible if you previously opted out of the class action or settled similar claims with Manitoba and signed a release.
