ClaimNorth is an independent Canadian information website for class action settlements and selected product recalls. Browsing is free. We are not a government agency, law firm or settlement administrator.

Start with the right section

Settlements helps you explore claim information and continue to the official administrator. Recalls helps you find selected notices and check the full affected-product details and instructions at the official source.

A recall does not automatically lead to a settlement. A related-settlement link is not a finding of liability, a promise of compensation or a decision about your eligibility.

How information reaches the site

Information is collected from source material, assessed and prepared for review. Automated tools help with preparation; an administrator approves publication. Public settlement listings require a valid claim deadline and an HTTPS official claim address.

Recall summaries are tied to reviewed source evidence. Changed, unavailable or overdue source checks cause summaries and related-settlement information to be withheld until the checks or review are resolved. The official notice remains the place to check complete current instructions.

Selected coverage, with limits

Our collection is not a complete catalogue of Canadian recalls or settlements. An absent result does not establish that a product is safe or that a claim does not exist. Information can change between checks. Always confirm the requirements, dates and instructions with the official source.

Saved listings and optional alerts

My ClaimNorth keeps your saved settlements and followed recalls together. Related-settlement browser alerts require a separate choice and browser permission. Delivery is best effort. These updates are not urgent product-safety alerts, and saving or following does not submit a claim.
